Colossians 1:28-29

We proclaim him by instructing and teaching all people with all wisdom so that we may present every person mature in Christ.  Toward this goal I also labor, struggling according to his power that powerfully works in me.

The new creation that we are in Christ Jesus seeks to proclaim His name. Holy Spirit, I pray that you would cast aside our pretenses and excuses and drive the truth into our hearts like a seed that never stops producing good fruit that brings glory to God. Let wisdom be near to us at all times as this lost world comes to our doorstep in search of new life in Christ. Convict us Holy Spirit in the ways in which we have yet to surrender to the will of Christ, that we may experience a full intimacy in and through our relationship with God. Reign in us, Lord God!
